One complaint we have is the time the clinic opens, espcially on Saturdays. The clinic expects us to work full time. That is fine, but a lot of us also work on Saturdays. On Saturdays some of us start work at 7:00 a.m. or earlier. The clinic doesn't open until 7:30 a.m.. A lot of times the counselors do not even show up on time on Saturday mornings and that makes everyone late for work.

You can only be late for work so many times. There have been people on the program who have worked at the same place for many years and then lost their job because of being late so many times.

Something should be done about this. We complain and sign petitions, and it will change for a week or two and then it goes right back to the way it was.
